Family Visit Sharing (optional): The 6 included visits may be shared within your household and used by the primary member, spouse/partner, or dependent children living at home. Included therapies, discounts, and credits apply to the primary member only. If a family member requires more frequent care, we’ll help guide them toward an individual Path.
